There are many forms of coaching, we believe that the foundation of every relationship is communication. Your relationship is communication. Learning the skill of communication changes everything about your relationship.

Many couples that have challenges want to deal with the challenge, without learning how to discuss their feelings in a healthy environment. As we uncover the various challenges we must learn the systems and structures of communication. Learned behavior happens when repetitious information & practice takes place. Both must be in place for effective learning.

With that stated our method is results driven. Our process focuses on the emotional drivers of each individual as well as foundational process of learning.

All of our programs consist of:

-At least 1 (5 )Day Communication Intensive. We believe from our experience you have to learn how to talk to each other as well as discover how to grow closer.

Marriage & Relationship Programs

Relationship Level 1: Together 1-3 years

12 Weekly Sessions

This program is designed to teach couples how to have a healthy communication experience with your partner or Spouse.

The program consist of:

- (1) 5 Day Communication Intensive. 5 consecutive days of live group teaching (via Zoom & private FB Group) and practical exercises in communication. That couples practice privately in the session.

-2 (1) Hour Couples Coaching/Counseling sessions.

1 (1 hour) discovery counseling/coaching session. Where we discover individuals emotional practices.

Relationship Level 2: Together 3-5 years

24 Weekly Sessions

This program is designed to teach couples how to have a healthy communication experience with your partner or Spouse.

The program consist of:

-(2) 5 Day Communication Intensive.

5 consecutive days of live group teaching (via Zoom & private FB Group) and practical exercises in communication. That couples practice privately in the session.

-5 (1) Hour Couples Coaching/Counseling sessions.

1 (1 hour) discovery counseling/coaching session. Where we discover individuals emotional practices.

Relationship Level 3 (Most Popular) 5 years and over

52 Weekly Sessions

This program is designed to teach couples how to have a healthy communication experience with your partner or Spouse.

The program consist of:

(3) -5 Day Communication Intensive. 5 consecutive days of live group teaching (via Zoom & private FB Group) and practical exercises in communication. That couples practice privately in the session.

-8 (1) Hour Couples Coaching/Counseling sessions.

1 (1 hour) discovery counseling/coaching session. Where we discover individuals emotional practices.

Pre-Marital program consist of building a foundation in the area of communication.

Certificate of Completion is provided.

Principles, Practice & Accountability, is the foundation for growth. Many times we do not have the associations that give us these core essentials for growth.

This program consist of:

-DISC Personality Evaluation

1 Group learning session a month

(1) 1 on 1 Accountability Session via Zoom with Jimmie monthly

Family Counseling

Minimum 60 Days Commitment

Many times challenges can create negative experiences for one or more individuals in the family. This can cause challenges on all levels from children to adults. I work through these challenges with you and your family. I will giveyou insight as well as healthy ways to deal with these challenges.
